"Villa Kayahan is very well maintained with a fabulous pool area. The villa is very spacious and can easily accommodate up to 8 people with separate en suites for each bedroom. Only thing worth noting is that it is a longer than perhaps expected walk to the town/restaurants etc for eating out so we used taxis to and from (approx 100 TL each way). There is a good local shop for all basic needs approx a 10 minute walk away. Very good comms with the owner. "

"Amazing villa, great amenities, very beautiful infinity pool, amazing views, and very private. The area around it is under construction but once you are in the villa you can easily forget that. You have to have a car to access it as it trades away walkability and access to shops for privacy, space, and views of the mountains and the sea. "Very nice villa in a perfect location in Dalyan, a few minutes walk to the center. We felt very comfortable with the children, the pool was great, the terrace by the pool was perfect for breakfast and dinner. The rooms were very clean and tastefully decorated. We didn't miss anything. Taner was a very reliable and accommodating host. The day trip on the boat from Dalyan to the beach was a great vacation experience for all of us. We would love to come back!"
