The spa is a 'first day' favorite. Pool area clean. Pool bar serves lovely lunches and happy hour is fun. Staff all friendly and helpful. Close to the strip, but at a few minutes walk away nicely quiet at night

In a great place with lots to offer, breakfast is lovely, and the hotel has a nice pool area. Staff are pleasant, however our checkout was for 2pm as per Expedia, but on arrival and checkout day they advised it would be 12pm which wasn't great as we were staying for 1 night.

Close to Main Street with shops, multiple pools for kids, apartment was spacious but not well maintained, eg. cracked paneling. Restaurant hygiene not great - would not recommend. Accommodation good enough for short stay.

Lovely Hotel and Staff

Nice hotel and friendly staff, very clean and comfortable. Only negative for us is that it was a bit noisy from neighbouring bars. Also had a swim up room which only had a chair on it, there were sunbeds right opposite but could never get them and had folk looking right on to our swim up and into our room. Overall nice hotel though.

We had a swim up room which was lovely. Staff were very accomodating. The pool area was nice and breakfast was varied. We parked right ourside on the road. The hotel is right by a of the bars and restaurants. You can get the public but for less than a pound to the beach. Music from the pool was very loud and repetitive which we didnt like.

Good access to the pool but too old hotel, low-standard conditions, basic fast-food breakfast and several technical problems in the room, water leakking and others. It is a pity because the access tothe pool makes this hotel different but many things to be fixed to be a 4 star hotel.

Really good hotel, but service could be better

Hotel is good in terms of comparison, but overall the service could be better, there were not enough personel but that might be due to seasonality. Restaurant doesnt offer lunches. I could not find a taxi for my early flight, the water from bath was warm at max, no hot water, very disappointed, but the room was clean, very good interiors.

I likes the hotel over all if you don’t mind being 20 minutes away from city center and sea. Easy check in and nice reception staff, room and swimming pool which located in the middle of the hotel. Stayed for one night only and left early because we had ferry that is why we had no chance to see the breakfast. Our stay was on Sunday, the hotel had a BBQ musical party on the pool. We have been told be one of the receptionist it cost 700 tl per person. When we go later to the site to make a reservation, they told us it is 650 tl per person!!! And they charged us for soft drinks later while it was supposed to be included in dinner! The most annoying thing was the noises after the party ends. Some of customers stayed there till 1 am laughing and talking loudly which prevented us from having a sleep. And the worst part was the fight and yelling which happened after, between the staff ( as they told us next day) in the pool area and we kept awake till 2:30 am as noises come closer to our floor. I am wondering if it between staff members, why did they keep fighting near our rooms ?!!! At check out they want to charge us for 2 orange juice which we did not order.

Our recent seven-night stay at this hotel was a mix of highs and unfortunate lows. While the room itself was well-equipped with all the essentials like a mini fridge, air conditioning, ample wardrobe space, and a vanity, our experience was significantly tarnished by a major issue with the jettub. On the fourth night, we decided to use the jettub, only to discover live worms in the water. Shocked and distressed, we immediately informed reception, which they explained that it happened because the tub had not been used in a while. Despite usage of the tub, such facilities should be serviced regularly and deep cleaned after each room booking. They did offer a cleaning of the tub and gave us the option to switch rooms or extend our checkout time, the damage was done. The thought of using the jettub again was completely off-putting, even after their offer to clean it, so we stayed in our room. Aside from this, there were some positive aspects to our stay. The balcony provided a pleasant spot to relax, despite the view overlooking less-maintained parts of the hotel. The central location was another highlight—close to shops, restaurants, bars, and a taxi rank within a five-minute walk, which made getting around easy. The hotel's decor was modern but could use a bit of TLC (e.g., straightening lamps and ensuring wallpaper is properly sealed). Breakfast was rather underwhelming, offering a limited selection. All in all, this hotel has potential, with a bit more attention to detail

Great hotel in a good location at the end of the strip. Bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are all amazing and so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast had a good selection of Turkish breakfast items plus some cooked bits and pastries. Only downside was the usual sunbed wars - so unless you want to get up at 7:00am to bag your bed go down the road to Mia Suites (near Moments) where you can use their bar and pool area - again lovely staff.

Staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you. The room was fantastic in size and perfectly clean. Breakfast was lovely. Drinks from the pool bar went down very nicely too! Whilst I’m repeating myself, the highlight of this hotel was the staff for us.
