Chosen because it is literally across the road from the railway station, we were not expecting the hotel to have so much style and comfort. The rooms were lovely and the staff incredibly helpful. Very pleasant stay.

This was a very convenient hotel right across from the train station. I’m a solo female traveler and felt very safe here. I will say there was a lot of pedestrian traffic with men hanging around the property but the hotel itself felt secure. The breakfast was also phenomenal.

It’s very nice, right in front of train station. Staff is kind, room was fine, breakfast is nice. My only complaint is rooms are not soundproof. I could even hear cell phones beeping from the room next to mine, so that was annoying.

The hotel is from a good chain, but it is located in front of the railway station. The area felt super dangerous, with hooded people standing around the corner. It is far from the city center and does not feel safe to come back walking at night (area deserted by 8 pm). Had major problem with room keys (had to change rooms after 4 back-and-forth to the reception). Reception staff not the friendliest attitude either. I moved to a similar hotel in the center and just ended up paying for the night I did not stay at radisson.

Complessivamente una buona struttura: la stanza è gradevole, la posizione è comoda e il prezzo è giusto. Alloggio: la camera standard è paziosa, pulita, funzionale e carina; il termostato è scomodo; attenzione alla doccia, è estremamente scivolosa. Struttura: moderna, pulita e attrezzata; il personale della reception è gentile ma poco preparato/informato sulla città (informatevi su internet o presso il Comune). Posizione: molto comoda per la stazione ma non molto sicura; Ferrara è abbastanza sicura e tranquilla ma la stazione è un po' periferica e le zone intermedie non sono il massimo.

Sera n1 altissimo volume della camera vicino alla nostra. Altre sere si è deciso di fare le prove per il primo maggio sino alle 23 con dei tamburi. Quando il sonno viene disturbato, non è mai piacevole. Camere non insonorizzate, per il resto era tutto ok.

L'hotel è nuovo e rifinito, la stanza molto spaziosa e moderna e il personale disponibile e cortese, ma in un hotel ci si va principalmente per dormire e dovrebbe assicurare un buon riposo. purtroppo non è stato possibile perché la dotazione di cuscini è a mio avviso pessimo, con 2 cuscini entrambi altissimi e su cui è impossibile dormire in posizione comoda. Alla richiesta di possibilità di cambiarli con cuscini più bassi il personale si è prodigato ma purtroppo sembra che sia l'unica tipologia di cuscini disponibili. Non è pensabile che in un 4 stelle non siano disponibile cuscini normali.
