"A great hotel in a quiet area with super staff and food. Shuttle service was excellent. Only drawback was lack of shower gel and only a single roll of toilet paper. Loved the breakfast, one of the best we had while staying in Italy. We states in room 112 which had a balcone facing west above the umbrellas over the restaurant."
"-Room cleaned every day
-Staff was friendly
-Air conditioning wasn’t functioning properly
When too hot you can not reset the gage for the right temperature
-the hair dryer was making noise and it was dangerously hot
-hygiene, I asked for new tea cup, the cleaner took my cups in bathroom washed and gave it to me.
I was shocked, I don’t know what to say.
-toilets bowl was clean but the back of the toilet seat yellow poo stains, hairs.
And I saw they were cleaning the room and all the new bad sheets were on floor when they making look nice and tidy.
-at back of the cafeteria they don’t seems like have a dishwasher, staff was washing up plates and cups a quick job.
After seeing all this I don’t feel comfortable eating, or sleeping. So! I asked not to clean my room and I bought my own products to clean surfaces and toilet and bath.
I bought my own bed sheet and slept on it, because my skin coming out with small spots.
I gave 4 star because staff was nice and welcoming but the main points of hygiene was really missing."
Holiday Inn Express Milan - Malpensa Airport by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Easy access to Malpensa airport for departure flights. The shuttle is not free, 5 euro per person and you have to make a reservation. If you are arriving by the train call ahead to reserve the shuttle for pickup. The hotel offers a complete breakfast bar in the morning and it was fully stocked and well attended."
"This was a great hotel to stay at that was near the airport. Navigating to and waiting on the shuttle was a little confusing. The checking staff and staff at the bar were friendly"
"Very helpful staff and convenient location to the airport. They provide a shuttle service from and to the airport and really make sure you know where to go …. The room was nice and comfortable and the AC was working great!"
"AC even though we reduced it to the recommend setting didn't cool the room. Family of 4 stayed but we were only given 3 bath towels everyday. Limited shuttle service. Overall a nice hotel with nice amenities and friendly staff."
