"The main door is awkward. The joining instructions said the indoor handle might break if the door is opened too wide without care. The handle was broken before we arrived, but still operated. The beds are very low, and could be awkward for anyone with a disability. Similarly, the main door, although perfectly wide for a wheelchair doesn't have a ramp, so there is a step, perhaps a surprise for a ground floor property. The bedrooms could do with chairs. "Beautiful cottage, really huge lounge and lots of fields around. Host Dawn was super helpful and the cottage had everything you needed. The showers were great and super clean, I always found that the pictures always look better than the actual place when you arrive, but this was even better in person. This is our first time renting a cottage rather than a hotel, and we're taking our puppy. We will be back with the whole family this time to enjoy it again."

Dann ging in runter, aber das personal im Rezeption arbeitet nur fürs Wohnheim und hat nichts mit der kurzfristigen Vermietung über Booking was zu tun. Sie haben mir aber geholfen den zuständigen Housekeeper zu erreichen, weil die Nummer von der Firma nicht abgehoben wurde. Nach einer Zeit hab ich dann ein neues Zimmer mit Bettwäsche und Handtücher bekommen, aber es hat dann noch Klopapier gefehlt und das Zimmer war...
