"Parking "

"The door to the bathroom didn’t close, the door to the room was difficult to open, and I paid for transportation from this hotel to Disney because they said the shuttle didn’t go there. Come to find out I wasted $55 on Mears because the hotels shuttle offered us a complimentary trip to wherever we needed to go!! What a bummer. The accommodations were nice enough and it’s near a lot. The pools and playground were a nice touch. Food options on resort were okay. "

"I enjoyed the water portion to the hotel but the rooms were not what I expected , due to renovations there was a horrible paint smell , they only had one elevator working so to get on / off the hotel it would take 10 min every time. We did end up calling the front desk to see if we could get a different room bc the smell was so bad we were getting headaches and we did have a toddler with us, they did end up getting us a different room which was good I guess."

"An excellent choice for accommodation, offering comfort, spacious rooms in excellent condition, and superb amenities. The location is ideal for those visiting the Universal parks, and they provide shuttle bus service to the various Universal destinations—definitely a spectacular hotel option.☆☆☆☆☆"

"Staff at check in was kind and professional. The rooms and bedding were very clean and bathroom very spacious and included a full length mirror with lots of counter space. Had mini fridge and safe but no microwave. The lay out of the room was unique and strategically placed to maximize the space. This is by far our most favorite hotel out of all the ones we have ever stayed in."

"Upon checking in the room wasn’t immediately available. Waited an hr before our room was ready. The rooms are specious and clean. The water park was nice. Landscaping needed some attention. "
