"The setting was lovely although the outside tables and chairs were covered wlth bird poo so we couldn’t use them until the next day when a lovely staff came and cleaned up . We booked wlth another couple from overseas and I booked for 2 rooms . The ad is misleading - I didn’t realise I had booked for 2 villas . Basically “ 1 room is 1 villa “ so we all stayed in 1 villa and didn’t use the 2nd property. I asked Expedia if the host would refund for 1 villa as we never entered the 2nd villa -...

"The location was excellent- walk everywhere once you arrive. Quiet spot walking distance to Raymond island for koala spotting. The only issue, if you book with a 3rd party the resort doesn’t get any information about you.including your access code. So ring them a couple of days prior to arrange. Communication from the resort was very quick"

"Great location , clean and tidy"

"House is in a good location and the amenities in the house are very good, the only fault I could mention is the wifi, it has been very bad throughout the whole stay but the hosts have informed me that this will be upgraded very soon, as I have extended my stay fora further 2 months hopefully this will improve for the remainder of my stay."

"Pros: -large space inside the house -Carport was useful -Easy car access to Sale town centre -Laundry facilities are good -Quiet location Cons: - poor communication from host on arrival, no info pack anywhere in the house. - very noisy aircon, basically unusable - Towels were rough and well used - very tired decor, needs full revamped - windows difficult to close - outside and inside woodwork needs painting - windows need to be washed - toilet door can’t be opened from the inside if shut....

"What a wonderful place to stay. So comfortable and spacious. Right on the lake. Wildlife everywhere. A very enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend it "

"Excellent will be coming back!"

"The location is stunning and so quiet. Loves the Kangaroos and bird life."

"It was good for the price. The following amenities needed attentionA light in the bathroom didn't work The secondary blind was broken above the bed so we couldnt get the flow through of air especially needed when it was a hot day,There was no shelf in the shower for shampoo, soap etc, Alot of insects entered the property when the outside light was on at night so maybe something to attract then away from the doorA water container for distressed birds on very hot days would be nice"
