- A 450 m² garden with furniture to make the most of the fine weather and a pergola ideal for family meals or moments of relaxation, particularly in the hammock available from spring.

The house is ideally located in Férel, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets.

What to do :
- A long-distance hiking trail passes right in front of the house and links La Roche Bernard (a town full of character) and Arzal (France's largest dam).
- Explore the coast and beaches
- Hiking and cycling

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (2 vehicles). An outside socket is available for electric vehicles.
