"Was not what I expected in at all.. not in a great way"

"The hotel from the outside was not appealing. The first room we were put in was not clean. Their were bugs in the rooms on the walls. There were exposed pipes in the room and the sheets were also questionable. We made the host take us to several rooms before finding one that acceptable to stay in with a baby. The hotel does not look like the pictures on the website. There are half painted walls and no AC in the main hallways. "

"The elevator was not working, the fridge in the room did not work."

"DO NOT STAY HERE. Check in was fine but then once we got to the room that’s where it went South. The room was filthy , the sheets had blood, bodily fluids and covered in someone else’s hair. Everything in the room was covered in dust and the toilet seat was cracked in half. We returned to the desk where the worker did appologize and gave us another room , that was even worse. Everything was broke in there , tv and cabinets and then there was no comforters and the sheets were dirty as well. "

"Clean room, Great breakfast included, complimentary drink when arriving and movie night at the pool was fun my kids enjoyed the free snacks as well. "

"They rent the pool out for swim lessons so even though we picked it for the indoor pool we were not happy that on Sunday we had to wait for a few hours to use the pool. The property is pretty clean but showing it's age...peeling wallpaper, chipped furniture etc."

"bathroom doors hung side ways and swings .It slammed on my hand and broke it. I worry about it happening to a childs I told management and they said go get some ice. wow what professionals"

"After checking into a different hotel prior and experiencing an absolute disgusting room we changed over to the Hampton and have a top notch experience from the beginning. Brianna provided all the information and got us all checked in quickly."

"You cannot advertise free breakfast and then have next to nothing for breakfast. Good clean hotel and rooms. "
