"From an American…,if you don’t speak Spanish this is not for you. Staff laughed at my son who wanted to do the zipline because he couldn’t understand them and for adults to make fun of a child is the reason they got a low rating. También las instalaciones deberían de tener mejor mantenimiento: las llaves del baño no funcionan bien , le dabas vuelta a la manija y giraba toda la llave, también solo 1 de 4 connection de electricidad funcionaba y los empleados sabían de esto.
