"Very nice clean room "

"Breakfast was good, beds comfy, room dated but clean. Walls are thin and being near a staircase very noisy! People need to be more respectful of people sleeping! Not hotel fault! Dogs are allowed and can be heard barking even though they are put in rooms not near. "

Front desk was unaware of whether or not pillows in the room were foam or feather. “Front desk doesn’t know about that kind of stuff, only housekeeping.” When asked about late checkout, instead of leaving a note for a one hour extension, response “You can stay until 12, if they knock on your door just tell them that.” Odd lackadaisical service. "
