"My review is basically about the staff. At the time I arrived to check in I was greeted by a very friendly and welcoming staff members. Every morning at the breakfast I was served and greeted by the happiest and always smiling staff. Till the day I check out for that I want to say THANK YOU for the awesome week I stay at Taumeasina. Also the room was clean and the property is so amazing beautiful. They always have activities each night."
"The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was very convenient, being close to both the airport and the wharf. I was so happy with everything and had a wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend it!"
"Great property with a friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff. I especially want to recognize Fred at the front desk, along with the rest of the front desk team and the bar staff. Everyone was attentive, accommodating, and made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay.
The only reason I did not give an excellent rating was my housekeeping experience. Unfortunately, I did not get the housekeeper's name, but I requested face towels several times. I understand that face towels may not typically be used for bathing in your region, but they are an important part of my personal routine. The housekeeper appeared visibly frustrated by my repeated requests and even suggested that I use tissue instead. Although a few face towels were eventually provided, I was left feeling as though my request was an inconvenience rather than a reasonable accommodation.
One additional suggestion would be to offer plug adapters for purchase or loan, particularly for guests visiting from the United States. Many travelers use iPhones and other devices that require charging, so having adapters readily available would be a thoughtful and much-appreciated convenience.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the hospitality of your staff. With a few small improvements, the guest experience would be even better."
"We loved our stay at Return to Paradise Resort. They upgraded our room to an Ocean front and that was a lovely surprise.
We did feel that the meals and tours were overpriced but other than that we would recommend this property to anyone. The day spa is nice and it was a very tidy well cared for resort. Highly recommend the Fiafia night. My Spa therapist kept falling asleep through the massage, but the massage she did do was good. A lot of noise with the Ocean and breaking waves so if you want quiet choose a garden room they are more peaceful."
"Our stay at La Manumea was amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Our room was also spotless every day thanks to the wonderful housekeeping team.
We loved relaxing by the beautiful pool, and having a bar right beside it made it so easy to enjoy a cocktail in the sun. A special mention also goes to Koka, the resort cat, who came to visit us every day and quickly became one of the highlights of our stay!
Thank you so much to everyone at La Manumea for making our holiday with our friends so memorable. We can’t wait to come back!"
