"A little bit hard to find as I was tucked back in behind a couple of restaurants. One small door and no real lobby. Check-in was very easy. We had a door code. The air-conditioning in the top floor was not working and it was 95° outside. The guy at the front desk Ricardo did an excellent job getting it fixed. By the time we went out to dinner and came back, it was working like a charm. The actual apartment is two stories with the sitting room and a TV downstairs and a king size, bed and bath...

"Very nice hotel in a good location. Short walk to theatres, great restaurants, Rogers Centre and other Toronto attractions. Oscar Suite was very spacious. What really stood out for us was the staff who were very friendly and attentive. From the bellmen to the front desk staff to the servers in Kost - they all seemed to go that extra mile! We really appreciated it. Special shout out to Totchie (front desk supervisor) and Rebekah (server in Kost)!!"

"Staff not friendly. I made a mistake at their breakfast buffet and I told the staff that I was so sorry, but the kitchen staff didn't show empathy at all. She gave me attitude instead and gossiped it to a co worker. BWP, kindly pls teach ur staff to be empathetic. Also, their female receptionist didnt smile the entire time we stayed there."
