We stayed in the apartment, it is a spacious room with kitchen box and bathroom. Clean enough, but the towels were very tired ,we didn't use them. The bin was not changed in the 4 days we were there. Budget place for sure, very close to the Marina, train station, restaurants and cafes.

Great accommodation. Very spacious. Right in the centre of all the nice eateries, and just a short walk from the marina. Totally recommended. Will definitely be back again. Thanks for the lovely stay.

The property is clean, comfortable and in a great location. We weren’t clear on how to check out so waited a little for instructions. Otherwise the property was great and communication with the host was excellent

We got a pretty large room with clean and comfortable beds. The place had an ensuite kitchen and bathroom. There was a shared kitchen area and lots of spaces for people to just meet and chat. The location was great - walkable from most tourist attractions. Everything was at walkable distance. While you need to take a taxi from the airport, the train station is literally 5 mins walk.

Our family stayed one night in the private room/bathroom to be close to the airport. The property was clean and conveniently located to the historic downtown. Filipe met us upon arrival and was both punctual and helpful. We would stay here again.

Okay stay. Solo. I emailed twice to give my arrival time with no reply. So, when I arrived I had to spend a bit of time looking around and call the number provided before being able to drop my bags, which was kind of a faff. Checking in was the same, but after calling the number staff were quick and check-in was easy. Room was ok, small and fine for a night or two, but a few shabby looking corners, and no fridge.

Felipe is super. Bedroom was clean and tidy - but there are rust stains in the bathroom and the bin hadn’t been emptied from the previous guest. But bed was comfy, shower was good, toiletries a bonus. Sadly other guests were the issue - banging about in the kitchen at 11.45pm - not very neighbourly. Having said that, would consider for a night or two when in Faro area again

Good stay, one night, on route to airport. Very kind and helpful staff, clean comfortable room with nice ensuite. Only one minor problem was the stairs as we had two large, heavy cases. Good value and location

Great location surrounded by bars and restaurants, handy for the transport link. Our room was basic but comfortable and had plenty of space. The shower was nice and powerful. There was a bit of mould in one corner of the bathroom otherwise the space was clean. The communal toilet and kitchen didn’t appear to be cleaned regularly. The owner/manager Filipe was nice but not very responsive to our messages which was sometimes a little unsettling for us. If you need a budget place to stay in the centre of town, this is a great place.

We had one night stay, the room was cozy but had everything we needed, was clean and quite fresh during the night, we didn’t used the aircon. The host, Felipe super friendly, waited for us for a late check in. The price was fairly cheap considering the location, city centre, full of pubs and clubs.

Value for money, great location

Very value for money. We had a very large family room (probably the biggest room we have stayed in). Location is fantastic too, very close to everything. Service was great, we arrived at midnight and Filipe was there to check us in with a smile. Facilities: fairly basic bedding, has got a small kitchen with a microwave. Given the low price we pay, we thought this was very good value. Building: the building itself is beautiful!

Lovely place with rooms around an open air courtyard. Good location close to the old town. Took me a while to figure out the front door lock. Worked much better when I read the instructions properly!

Not the best but also probably not the worst!

Location was good, room was okay, the bathroom was very smelly - the drain seemed to just smell throughout our stay, fairly unpleasant Quite noisy as well, had people trying to come into our room in the middle of the night which wasn’t ideal! Overall it was okay, an alright bed to sleep in in a good location - fine if you plan to be out and about all day!
