"I contacted the host (through the app) when I arrived because the room was very cold. The A/C was on and there was no thermostat. Additionally, there is a large gap under the door that lead into the lobby of the home. I had to shove bags under it to try to create some kind of seal. I slept in my clothes because the room was so cold and there were no additional blankets. I never heard back from the host, so the next day I called. I left a message with an answering service. "This was the cutest little cottage. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Michael (the property manager) was absolutely amazing. He was at our beck and call if we needed him. I will reach out to him whenever I decide to go to NJ again. I have to say that the neatest part of the stay was not having to do anything to check out. "

"Arriving just ahead of a Nor’easter storm limited my use of the property. However the location was very good to all the area has to offer. Was able to walk easily to everything the town offers. The bungalow was updated in every amenity and attractively decorated. The backyard was a generous living area with a full bathroom and well equipped with cooking and entertainment products. Communication with this host was immediate with response and I very much appreciated it. "
