"Street parking can be difficult in the area. Hotel location is not in the best neighborhood. There is an underground garage nearby that charges roughly $25. The hotel is relatively new and has a large breakfast dining area. The lobby has a market and free coffee/tea/hot water."

Made request for an extra pillow never received, made a request for an iron at 6:30am was never received, had to follow up at 8am and still never received the iron. Checked out at 9:30am. "The issues began at check-in, where only one of the three elevators was operational. Upon entering my room (Room, 1 King Bed, Accessible), I found the following: Safety & Maintenance: The AC system made loud, alarming noises resembling fireworks when activated. Additionally, the television depicted only static. Cleanliness & Upkeep: The floors were filthy, mirrors were stained, and both the carpeting and furniture were heavily worn and marked. Plumbing Issues: The toilet ran constantly, the shower/bath nozzles were rusted, and the water pressure was virtually non-existent"

"Very noisy and the TV kept cutting off and there were no streaming apps, no Netflix as it was an old TV. No Microwave in the room but there was a small fridge. The sheets were clean but the comforters had a lot of cigarette burns on it. The one thing, the bathroom was very clean."
