"Everything. Beautifully furnished room,quite unique,comfy large bed ,fantastic brand new shower,huge sink,lovely bathroom, spotlessly clean throughout. Blackout curtains. Excellent lighting. Wonderful breakfast included with table service and s huge selection of food. Pancakes are delicious. .an amazing view from the restaurant on 5th floor. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Has great spa facilities but I did not use them. Right in the centre of Montecatini terme in a great position,5 mins by foot from train station and bus stop . All the amenities and shops on your doorstep, restaurants, cafes,etc. Can't fault it and would definitely return and recommend it.to anyone. Value for money unbeatable. "

"We spent our honeymoon here as we were married in San Miniato. The staff was wonderful especially Laura! There was a slight issue with our room, not only were they considerate, they upgraded our room and sent a gift to our room complimentary once hearing about our wedding. We will definitely make this a priority to our next visit!"

"The booking was easy and the room was clean and comfortable. Really liked the convenience of prepaid parking; the car was in a secure and safe gated area. "Amazing place. Beaufiful location on the hill above Lukka. Great contact with the owner. Very authentic place. House was very comfortable for 9 people. The only small minus was the fact that you have to use the car all the time and the road is bit difficult. But the view is a great reward. "
