"The front desk staff was helpful and courteous. Thankfully, my room was ready an hour early and the room was clean and spacious. The only issue was the hotel restaurant. I don't think they were prepared for the influx of guests staying for the BTS concert who needed an option to dine without leaving the hotel due to the storm. No one really acknowledged the line except for 1 server apologizing for the wait. I waited in line for nearly 20 mins (longer for the 3 guests before me) before that server suggested sitting at the bar. We were still cautioned that it would be another 15-20 more mins before we could be served. I sat down to see if we would be offered water. In the meantime, I started an Uber eats order and realized that it could arrive in 20 mins-- much faster than the service I would receive at the Explorers Lounge. So I ended up leaving. Everything else about the stay was great."

"It is a beautiful hotel and I was thrilled for the chance to stay at such a historic place...however, a few members of the reception staff were quite unfriendly. Almost rude."

"We loved our stay at the Renaissance Baltimore Harbor! We did not get the same check in at reception as others before us before us, and I am not sure why? We were not offered water, nor were asked if we had stayed before; the only reason I’m bringing this up is because multiple people before me were offered water and directions as well as information about the property. We were not, it seemed she (the woman checking me in) had a prior conversation with someone she knew and whatever the news was it was not good. Wish we had better service to welcome us; however the stay was lovely."

"We arrived for the Day 2 BTS concert. Going to check in was a little rough. There weren't any rooms clean yet to check in at 3pm. The night before was sold out and it's hard to tell how the conditions were when people from Day 1 left, so I completely understand. There was absolutely no ait conditioning in the lobby except some fans. I felt so bad for the front desk employees. Our room was very clean and comfortable tho!!"

"We came for the BTS concert. Our hotel had our room ready for us when we arrived at 12p prior to the normal 4pm check in, which was amazing. The hotel is right in the center of restaurants/coffee places. It was perfect for us to see some sights and attend the concert!"
