"Linda who helped with breakfast. Kind, warm called everyone darling oh my goodness. Talk about making you feel special. This is her. Cannot say enough good things about her and how kind she is. The kids with me absolutely loved her. Breakfast was good, link sausage, then bacon then the standard patty. Lots of options, but the kids wished there was a waffle machine. I would like to have seen some chocolate chips for the oatmeal. The hotel was good, comfortable rooms, the wifi was a bit slow and spotty at times. The location was good with a Price Chopper close by along with restaurants and the kids loved the pool. Would not hesitate to stay here again."

"I’ve stayed here many times and it’s a good resource especially if you’re going to the airport. Microtel rooms are small, hence the name. This property is well maintained for the most part. There are few accommodations for those with disabilities. Front door is a double pull, pull exercise and there is NO ELEVATOR, something I always seem to forget until I’m here. The halls are long and carpeted which make pulling luggage tedious or problematic. The rooms and beds are comfortable and the staff is friendly."

"Maintenance of door locks should be scheduled periodically. I stayed in room 406 and had to come down to front desk and get my key cards reprogrammed. I understand things happened so I didn’t think it would be a problem but the next day I went for breakfast and upon returning to my room key cards did not work. Went back down to front desk and asked the manager to check lock because the night before I had the same problem. He refused to come and check with me and reprogrammed the key cards. I went back and the keys did not work so again I made a trip back to the front desk. This time the manager came up to the room with me only to see that there was a problem with the lock. It would not be such an inconvenience but I had my disabled mother with me and it was very inconvenient to bring her back and forth with me."

"A beautiful place to stay, amazing views and a well maintained, gorgeous apartment. The views from the kitchen and both balconies are amazing. I have stayed her 8 times now when I visit my fiancée in Upstate New York and this has become our home-from-home! Tino is a wonderful host, happy to provide information as required and always a great guy to chat to.I would highly recommend this property - centrally located, well stocked and ideal for exploring the many beautiful location within easy travel distance. Other have mentioned the stairs... it's two flights, nothing more - and well worth the great views over the river!"
