"The bathroom was dirty (hair in tub, black grime around taps that came loose and went all over the sink when wet - gross! The carpet was not vacuumed - lots of dust around the desk. The beds were uncomfortable. The smoke detector light was really bright and shined down in our faces all night. I left after one night of the originally planned 2-night stay, but they still charged me for the second night because they didn't get 24 hours notice - even though I checked out at 8am. The front desk person said someone would call me about this, but they didn't. I called to request a manager and was asked to leave my number for a call back, which i did. Still no call. The next time I called I spoke with the manager (Jay) who told me he'd call me back the next day, but he didn't. I was not asking for a refund for the night that I stayed, but they did not have to charge me for that second night. Especially when I left because it was unsatisfactory!"

We were given the wrong address and the home resident that we ended up at, told us it had not been a viable place to stay for awhile. The door code did not open the door. We could not see inside the room. There was no one to help us as the front office looked dilapidated and empty. Please refund my prepaid amount that was charged on 3/27 and 4/22/2025.I have called several times for help getting the refund but have not received it in 12 days. "
