The hotel feels fresh and contemporary. My room was comfortable and clean, though a little compact. Amenities were functional. We noted some non-disruptive construction noise next door. The location, slightly outside the main city hustle, offers a peaceful retreat.
Exceptional Service
The service earned the 5-star rating. Staff are professional and highly attentive. A standout moment: when we struggled to get a taxi to Suryakund for the laser show, the staff immediately organized a reliable e-riksha for us. The driver stayed with us and dropped us back safely for a nominal charge. This personalized, problem-solving service was deeply appreciated.
Furthermore, the manager personally greeted us and gifted each of us a lovely orange scarf with the image of Ram—a thoughtful, spiritual gesture.
Dining Experience
The food was very nice. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering wide variety. Waiters were consistently helpful and prompt.
