"Absolutely perfect house for our family’s visit to Fredericksburg. Clean, easy check in and check out, fully decked out with everything we could need. Loved that there were k-cups, creamers and a selection of sweeteners when we got there, too. Needed that cup of coffee after our drive. The big tv room and couch were incredibly comfortable for all or us to hang out together. So close to absolutely everything we could want or need. And Graciela was so wonderful. " Rey clean lovely condo with a wonderful view of the river. Sunrise was gorgeous. Bed was super comfortable. Colonial beach is my new favorite little vacation town. Very friendly people. Our host was so responsive and welcoming. Much appreciate his quick response to questions. There were a lot of steps to climb to get to the condo but that’s probably a good thing for a Bach front property. We would definitely love to stay here again. "
