"Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, there are no ice machines in the hotel and the hotel restaurant service wasn't that great. It took a long time to get our food. One of the our orders didn't get to the table til everyone else at the table was finished eating!"

"The front staff is as rude and very short when checking in. They e been ere told breakfast was included when booked and then told it was $10 a person. Asked for adjoining rooms at booking because of young children and was given rooms on different floors and different ends of the hotel. Not happy with this at all. "

"The hotel is clean, not fancy. Free breakfast and pet friendly, so that's a must for me . A place to rest and relax after being the whole day out, just as expected. Location is good, close to Ruby Falls, and not too far from downtown. The negative for me was the staff of all areas, the front desk morning clerk and the lady in the breakfast were rude and not welcoming at all. Not even eye contact or a "good morning" , not customer service oriented at all."
