"The hotel is located on a beautiful golf course. It's bright and white in the reception area. The halls and rooms are darker with brown patterned rugs. The pool was closed, locked up. It is inside the hotel. Legends is a bar/ restaurant with a deck/ patio overlooking the golf course and a lake. The view of the mountains in the backdrop is beautiful. If there was air conditioning anywhere besides in the rooms, it wasn't on a very low temperature. It felt warm and muggy inside the hotel and halls. I did not see a fitness center, but I believe it was in a different building. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Clenliness? Floors were sticky in the bar area, carpets in halls were not vacuumed. I found cups and a winter mitten under my bed when getting my shoe. Unfortunately the Hotel had issues with their computers so we could not be issued a room key. So we had to leave our door propped open or walk to the lobby to request staff unlock our door. Our phones did not work in the room when attempting to call the front desk. The second night of our stay we did receive door keys. I understand that breakfast isn't open until 7 or 8 am, but we and others were in the lobby at 6 am as some items were available (Oranges, bananas, Jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches, juice and a coffee machine). There were no half and half for the coffee, only flavored creamer. But, again, it wasn't open for breakfast. Overall, our trip was fun. The hotel could use a clean up. Staff were pleasant and helpfu"
"Great room. Just very loud all night long. Kept getting woken up from banging on floor above and doors slamming in hallway. Guess its just a party hotel. I just needed a place to sleep for the night and couldnt. Wont book again."
"Hotel is very nice! Room clean, bed comfortable, pillows were "eh", AC kept room nice and cool.
Breakfast was surprisingly good with quite a variety of hot and cold foods to choose from.
We enjoyed our stay! "
"Our toilet was clogged upon arrival and had to be plunged every time it was flushed. The shower took overnight to drain the first time and then didn't drain at all. But the towels were soft.
The beds were comfortable, but one had a crunchy, plastic mattress cover. The pillows were, well, not pillows.
Breakfast was continental at best. Sausage was cold at 6:30am. Didn't try the eggs because of the sausage. The biscuit was fine (jelly for me, no gravy).
All in all, we got what we paid for. Cancelled our reservation for July and moved back to a tried and true property. The weekend we stayed the hotels were overpriced because of Bananna Ball and other activities, so this was the most reasonably priced hotel.
It's a shame it wasn't better because the location was perfect...10-15 minutes away from everywhere we needed to be."
"We got in fairly late and realized once we had changed for bed we had no glasses. Then the next morning after a shower we realized we had no bath towels. (Try drying off with a hand towel)
We were a little concerned that we would be accused of taking these things with us so we let them know at the front desk that they had been missing from our room. The girl at the front desk said that the towels were probably still in the dryer and I guess they didn’t make it to the room. No apology, just that “we’re good”. Umm, no, it was an inconvenience and we should have gotten some kind of apology.
Breakfast options were a bit of a disappointment. The only healthy option seemed to be the Raisin Bran.
The room was clean but getting a little old. Could use a refresh.
Might pass on this hotel our next drive through the area."
"Arrived to find the pool is out of service which it appears it may not be repaired. Vending machine in op. Same breakfast each morning with a small amount to choose from."
