"This Hotel was in a great location. However, Upon walking in there was a funky smell. It looked clean as can be, so not sure what was up. The room was nice and updated, but the walls are very thin. We could hear conversations verbatim from next room and I’m sure they coukd hear my husband snoring. Breakfast was good with fresh homemade scones and many other choices. This is an extra cost though. We were in town for a wedding, so it served our purpose well."

"This is not the first time this has happened to my wife and I. The key cards kept failing in the room lock. We had to have the room keys a few times causing quite and inconvenience with our trip. The next time we book with a Comfort Suites, they should be free."

"Checked in. Pulled back my sheets, found leg hairs and dirty socks. Went to ask for both beds to be redone. Came back to see they only remade one. Went down to ask for sheets to do the other one myself. Went to take a shower. Soaps were empty, bathroom floor had a slippery film on them, sink had red stuff like cool aid splashed in it. Gm and front desk were not friendly. Put sheets and towels in the hall. They sat there for 2 days before someone picked them up. Only "good" thing was the breakfast and the little breakfast lady. Will not ever come back."

"Breakfast is so so, but they offered cereal and toast if you didn't want the bland eggs and sausage patties. Rooms were clean. Adequate towels. Staff was friendly. Would stay again. "

"Breakfast was good with an interesting variety. Seemed to us that scrambled eggs were not from real eggs."

"Stayed at SpringHill Suites in Waco. Staff was very friendly and the room initially looked and smelled clean. Unfortunately, we noticed a black stain on one of the pillows that also smelled sour, along with several questionable stains on the carpet. The shower had pink buildup on the door, and the sink drained extremely slowly. Cleanliness is the most important thing when it comes to hotel stays, so this was disappointing. Overall, great service, but the cleanliness and maintenance need improvement."
