"Great place to stay in wine country! Extremely clean rooms, friendly staff, and gorgeous views! It is close to the casino so great food and drink close by.
Highly recommend! ❤️"
"I like to stay at Holiday Inn Express, they are pretty uniform in cleanliness and amenities. The staff was very friendly, breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable, the pool and courtyard were clean and the hotel was pretty nice. However, in our room, the a/c wall unit was VERY noisy (was hard to get to sleep with that rattling!) and we had to run it all night for A/C, there were sheer curtains on the window with decorative curtains that didn't close and we looked at least 8 times for curtains...
"Beautiful historic hotel, but the AC didn’t work, and the room was hot. The hotel warns you at the thermostat that the climate control isn’t great and encourages you to open windows. However, two of the three windows were bolted closed, and the third had to be propped open with a closet hangar. The beautiful antique dresser drawer mirror pointed at the ground and wasn’t useable. Lastly, we were only given decaf coffee, and the staff isn’t available in the morning until 8am to assist."
"We chose Quality Inn & Suites specifically because they advertised they had a hot tub and swimming pool, but when we arrived, they said that both were broken. In the morning there was no hot water for showers. "
