"Pros: Clean room. Helpful staff.
Cons: sofa bed was so uncomfortable. Breakfast was not to my liking as I have been to other holiday inn hotels but always with good standard of breakfast. Dinner was a bit on a pricey side although I felt that everything in Zurich is expensive but the taste and quality of the pasta (Bolognese and carbonara) were not enjoyable. However, the taste of the Swiss pasta was okay."

"No staff. Staff were not friendly by text. If you’re traveling in a hot weather, there is only a fan. Beds are not comfortable and window is blocked by a curtain that doesn’t open. Won’t stay there anymore."
