"Easingwold is a superb rural Yorkshire town set in the Vale of York. The George Hotel is the jewel in the crown of Easingwold. I can't fault it at all. The staff, the accommodation, the food especially the breakfasts were all amazing. The atmosphere in the bar was lively, friendly and very popular."

"Such a peaceful stay despite the hotel being fully booked, very friendly and helpful staff. We mentioned it was our anniversary when we arrived and once we were settled into our room staff delivered a card to us and a few chocolates, later on when we went for dinner in Tykes staff again brought out a little anniversary desert plate, it was a wonderful little touch. We have both said we will book again for next year!"
