"I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. During check-in, there was no clear communication that items in the room—such as snacks and drinks in the fridge—were chargeable. This lack of transparency feels misleading, especially when these items are later billed at significantly inflated prices, reportedly up to five times their actual value, with additional hidden costs. The situation became even more stressful during checkout. Despite clearly informing the receptionist that I had a confirmed reservation, had already paid, and was running late for my flight, I was told I could not leave until all charges were settled. This nearly caused me to miss my flight. To avoid further charges, I returned everything I believed might be billable, including sachet coffee that appeared complimentary. It felt excessive and unreasonable, especially when even basic items were treated as chargeable. Overall, the experience was frustrating due to poor communication, lack of transparency on pricing, and inflexible customer service. I would strongly advise future guests to clarify all potential charges in advance to avoid similar issues."

"This was my second time staying at Titanic City Taksim, and it was just as wonderful as my first visit. The hotel has a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff consistently go above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my time there. The breakfast was also a highlight. There was a great variety of fresh options, and it was a perfect way to start each day. One thing that’s especially important to me is cleanliness, and the room absolutely met my expectations. Everything felt well maintained and spotless, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. The location is another major plus. It’s within walking distance in both directions to so many fun things to do, from restaurants and shops to local attractions. I would highly recommend Titanic City Taksim and would happily stay there again."

"My wife and I stayed here while I was getting a medical procedure done. I think it is used by several different facilities because many of the people who stay here have been to get something done so you will fit right in LOL. It is convenient for that but there really isn't anything else close by that you will enjoy to do. It is a safe area though. The staff are excellent and very helpful. They have two restaurants there. The roof top one is on the expensive side. The one on the main floor was quite decent and respectably priced. The breakfast buffet was quite good and included with our room package but if you had to buy it separately I don't think I would because the stand alone price for it was expensive. They have Spa facilities there although we didn't have time to use them. We looked at them but personally I don't think we would use them because it seems a bit old school. Meaning men go here, women go there, I don't think you are allowed to go together. Good comfortable sleep. Very respectably priced. Only improvement I could suggest that they make is to enable you to watch your Netflix account on the TV because there is almost no English TV for you to watch. "Good hotel and ideal location close to Train station and shopping mall. Train to famous shopping area in Istanbul was about a 25 minute ride. "
