"The Papaya House is exactly as advertised! The private beach/ocean for the house is SURREAL! We had a 3 & 5 yr old with us, so the small private beach was perfect. The house has a small sand area off to the side of the patio where the kids could still play, when we didn’t want to be down at the beach. House had a lot of floats, snorkeling gear, sand toys, DVDs, books, board games! We were never bored & totally relaxed in paradise! The property manager, Onike’, is FANTASTIC! She alone is worth the stay at Papaya House! She gave a plethora of information the day before we flew out, which made arrival stress free. While there, we had a small issue with the water pump in the house. She came as soon as we notified her of the problem (8-9pm), and got it fixed. On top of that, she’s a very kind, patient person and gave great Exuma recommendations. All in all - Papaya House was an awesome stay in paradise! Would definitely return and recommend."
