"PART 1 First of all, I don't write BAD reviews because I am also a businessman and I want to give every business a chance to grow especially in these harsh business conditions. Secondly, I am so angry, seething and incensed that I am writing this review immediately after the incident with the manager whilst I am still currently staying here. Today is Saturday 15/11/2025 and I am still currently at the hotel and I am due to depart on 17/11/2025. I have reported the fridge in my room as faulty three times, their technicians have attended two times and their excuse is that the card controlling the electricity supply to the room was not connected and hence the reason the fridge was not working for lack of constant electricity supply. They have eventually changed the fridge this morning (Saturday 15/11/2025) and the electricity to the room has been constantly on for the last 7.5 hours an the fridge is not working. I have again complained to the manager of the hotel and he himself came to inspect the fridge and he then asserted that the fridge was working and I disagreed with him because I know a working fridge and he cannot hoodwink me. The conduct o the manager that visited my room was NOT good either and he was very bullish and disrespectful in the manner he told me that the fridge was working. I am a landlord and I have over 60 fridge freezers and I know the temperature of a perfectly working fridge after 30 minutes let alone 7.5 hours. "

"My stay was great. The room was generously sized and clean. The location was wonderful - right in the heart of the medina and near everything. The staff couldn't have been more helpful at every turn - really pleasant and good humoured. The breakfast was slightly different every day and was exactly what was needed to set you up well for the day. All in all it was a great experience and I would definitely stay there again when I'm next in Rabat. "
