"Horrible experience , we reserved for 3. Got a queen bed and a sofa, not a sofa bed. The queen bed had a nail sticking out and hurt one of the guest. Front desk service was not pleasant. Coffee machine didn’t work properly! The experience was not at a good one "

"Our room was very clean. Breakfast was delicious. The TVs in the room were outdated with no streaming access, only cable that would freeze up time to time. We had car problems our planned day to leave but the staff was very friendly and helped to accommodate our needs for an extra night. "
