"The property is brand new, so very clean. It had everything we needed. We brought our own bath towels, wash cloths, and beach towels. You have to bring your own shampoo and soap. It was a very short walk to the beach and the boardwalk. Be prepared to climb to the loft bed; there's little clearance between the bed and ceiling! "This is my spouse & I’s 2nd time going through Manie & Leslie to stay over for the holiday weekend for our deep sea fishing trip & to visit some family!! They’re amazing hosts!! Always checking in to make sure you’re having a good visit & that your stay with them is going ok!!! Such an adorable cottage *cutest decor*, very clean & within walking distance to the beach/Hampton beach strip.We had such an amazing time & can’t wait to book another trip with them!!"

We were very close to everything but quiet and peaceful at night! Our hosts were very attentive and friendly! The only thing was we wish we booked it for a longer period to enjoy more time there!
