This is an older hotel that is being renovated. All the inside areas that are open are new and clean. The outside looks like there is work being done inside, but not outside yet. Historic mansion in the Scarritt Renaissance District
Our family stayed here over Christmas. We had an excellent stay. There were 5 true bedrooms, but a den on the first floor with a futon and a private bathroom, so more like 6 bedrooms.
