"First the positives: location is excellent, tranquil, great for sea wall walks but not too far to the high street. Booking process was seamless. The Boat House has a lovely garden and looks cute. However... the sofa bed is comfortable neither as a sofa or a bed. Everything is slightly down at heel. The floor is not particularly clean - my socks ended up filthy. If you are a biggish person, you won't be able to get into the shower (there's a fixed screen and a small space between it and the...

"Anonymous: Accommodation lovely. Owners seem to have thought of everything to make our stay very pleasant. Nicely situated to explore the Island. Enjoyed our stay."

"From the Texas Three: We rented this property months in advance of our Cruise. We were so impressed with Hassan and his communication with us regarding the area and the property. The property was charming and was a great fit for three travelers. We found everything we needed for making up the sofa bed, towels for showers, and coffee and cups for having a cuppa in the morning. Property cleanliness was above average. The property was advertised as having air conditioning but doesn't have. There is...

"Property was very clean and had everything that we needed. It did have two bedrooms which would be OK if you had two adults and two small kids. Not enough room for 4 adults, but it was perfect for my husband and myself. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady working in reception who was wonderful and very understanding when we accidentally booked the wrong date for checking out. The location was great in Seaview, walking distance to the sea with some lovely eating places...

"We used as a crew house so the fact the rooms can be set up as three twins was ideal. Some padding on the low ceiling over the stairs! Forgot to duck a couple of times."

"The caravan was spotlessly clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. The shower leaked a bit and was difficult to control the temperature but no biggy really. We paid extra for passes to the site facilities. We used the clubhouse for food and drinks, pool etc. well worth the little extra. Alison was a great host with quick and easy communication. Would recommend "

"A great chalet-esque holiday let in a modern holiday home park, well laid out and with plenty of space, convenient parking, all you could want really"

"Cliffhanger is a stunning period home in a fabulous location in Cowes. Easy access to all the shops and restaurants in Cowes. Parking is restricted but at the time of year we visited (Sept) we had no issues. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable and the roof terrace has fabulous views. The kitchen is well equipped and there is no shortage of games etc in the lounge area if the weather closes in. Our host was charming and very helpful, going the extra mile for us when we had some last...

"Lovely peaceful location just around the corner from the beach. Small shop, cafes and bar near by, we’d recommend a visit to the ice cream parlour - lots of flavours with vegan and doggy options. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped. Check-in was seamless and the host responded quickly to all communications. Only downside was no enclosed outside space for our dogs"

"Property need maintenance floor ve deep dip hiding and covering with carpet near dinning area i was about to tripped furniture snd fan was wobbly however it was ok for one night stay. We had good sleep peaceful area."

"Lovely location, with lots to do for all generations. We were part of a party of over 30, staying in 2 accommodations. With age ranges from 2 to 67. Great farm with a good variety of activities. Dairymans Cottage was well adapted for access and comfort."
