"We booked a lake view room only to be told that it wasn’t available, BUT they upgraded us to a non-lake view larger room, Staff was helpful and kind. This could be a very nice hotel, but it needs a little bit of maintenance. Still, it was a great price for being right near the lake and we enjoyed our stay!"

"Beautiful hotel, especially the price. I had an early morning flight and was surprised how quickly the shuttle was ready when I needed to leave! The staff was attentive and was happy to supply additional amenities when needed. Room was very clean and modern, and had very good blackout curtains for getting rest early. The only issue I faced was that my door was difficult to ensure was latched, and on one of my brief trips down to the lobby to request amenities, it didn't latch properly when I was exiting, leading to it being open during the period that I was away from the room. However this was partially user error so there is really not much fault to the hotel. Overall a wonderful experience and I will definitely return next time I am needing to stay in Geneva."

"Stayed here for two nights. Great location close to the airport and only a 10 minute tram ride to the city centre. The tram is also just across the street. It is also attached to a shopping complex so there is a grocery store in close proximity. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was also great ( love the European breakfasts). Would stay again if we returned to Geneva."
