"It seemed like this was the first time they'd ever hosted an event. We drove in from Cincinnati to Indianapolis for the Morgan Wallen show, and it seemed like the City had never hosted an event. It took us an hour to go 1/10th of a mile. Couldnt Valet. When we got to the room we turned the temperature down, it didn't do a thing. When we got back from the show, figuring that time would solve the issue, it had not, it was sweltering in there. When they sent an engineer up at about 1:00 AM, he said he would fix it, I even tipped him. He could not. They offered to move us to a new room, but again, it was 1:00 AM in the morning. They comped us snacks at the coffee shop, that was it. When we returned from the show we saw that the line for the elevators was very deep, so we opted to take the stairs, to the 9th floor. "

"We were attending a concert at Lucas Oil. The valet parking was backed up across the intersection and no organization. The lady at check in was not friendly. I had two rooms and was charged almost triple the rate and spent most of the next business day getting that corrected. When I went to get my car the keys were in a locked cabinet but not tagged all just thrown in there. I asked if I could look and found my keys and out sons. I could have picked any car and left! The rooms need 2 queens not full size beds. All in all we have an even in a couple months and we chose a different location. "

"Came for a concert at Lucas Oil. Great location only a few blocks away. Also close to Gainbridge and a bunch of restaturants. "

"The elector to our room pilates on the 3rd floor was out of order during our whole stay! The door to the room was stuck closed you had to give it a kick to open or close! The faucet in the bathroom was just put in the whole in the marble you had to hold it still to be able to operate it… would not stay again and would not recommend it"
