"THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND PATIENT WITH ME TRYING TO PAY FOR THE ROOM. I JUST ASSUMED THAT THEY HAD TAP TO PAY AND COULD USE MY PHONE BUT THEY DID NOT HAVE THAT SO I HAD TO REBOOK THE ROOM PAY ONLINE THEN IT WORKED. THEN THEY UPGRADED ME TO A NICER ROOM FOR THE HASSLE. IT WAS VERY KIND OF THEM. I WILL DEFINATLY STAY THERE AGAIN."
"Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. The floor in our room is sunken in the center. It made the wardrobe shake walking across the area. I wish that I had a long level with me to check for accuracy but I am certain there at least a 1.5 inch dip in the center of the room, across floor and then back up to the window."
"It was great.,, Not.., got their and they told us they were overbooked and didn't have a room for my family . And was No help at all finding an alternative ."
"Refrigerator made racket all the time, couldn't sleep. Water handle in shower/tub fell off. bathroom sink handle leaked like crazy. The hot water wasn't hot. And the worst part was the mattresses on the beds. They were so old and worn, that when you sat on them, you could feel the springs and hear them squeaking!"
