"Great place to stay and see the fireworks for NYE. Just a one block walk to view the show and enjoy the crazy night. It is loud but expected on a day like that. Seems like it would be quiet on normal days. Added bonus with the incredible view of the Eiffel Tower right outside the apartment. The bathroom in the basement is as described and hard to get to if you aren’t pretty mobile. Otherwise good spot for our 1 night stay."

"We kwamen aan 2 uur nadat we mochten inschekken en de schoonmaakploeg was net ter plaatsen. We hebben dus buiten moeten wachten totdat ze klaar waren. Het appartement is top gelegen en is op zich goed ingericht. Weliswaar is goed en de meubels aan vernieuwing toe. Bed viel letterlijk uit elkaar. Lamp stuk, deuk in tafel, gordijnen stuk. Muren vuil en kunnen lekje verf gebruiken. Vieze vlekken in slaapzetel… veel potentieel maar heeft echt wat liefde nodig."

"Tout était parfait! Concernant l’équipement, il serait judicieux d’ajouter des torchons à la cuisine et peut-être un mixeur. Sinon, comme mentionné à vos nettoyeurs, il serait nécessaire de détartrer les buses de la baignoire-jacuzzi car ils ont eu cette désagréable surprise lors de la la première utilisation. Sinon, séjour très agréable et quartier très sympathique et tranquille! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et vous ferons de la pub! Elisabeth"

"The owner was very nice and accommodating. Easy place to find and a great location to walk to Eiffel and the arch. Many great cafes, restaurants and close to the station. Only caution is that it is near a night club that closes at 1 am. The accommodations were great nice and clean, and everything you need."

"Beautiful 3 bedroom flat. We could see the Eiffel Tower every night lit up from our door. Away from the noise of the city. We felt safe walking all around the area. Short walk to shops, places to eat, and markets. Exactly as described. Highly recommended. "
