"I really love the Cheshire. This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in the St. Louis area. I love the themed rooms and the themed decorating and architecture. The hotel has the amenities I want. The room was clean and well-appointed. I will add that there's no mini-fridge in the room, but I didn't need one on this trip. The staff at the front desk are friendly and professional. I recall seeing some of the same personnel that were there at my last visit earlier this year. So nice to see a familiar face behind the counter. I'll be going back!"

"Everything related to our stay here was great until I needed assistance with additional towels and toilet paper in our room and had to ask the gal working the front desk on the second night we were there. It was a Friday and her nametag said "Manager" which was alarming because she was extremely rude and condescending when I went up there with my 3 kids in tow. Her name is Tracy and again her nametag said "manager." When we walked away, I was visibly frustrated and my daughter noticed and spoke up, not ok that children even noticed her lack of customer service and rudeness. Literally everyone else was wonderful. Just the manager Tracy was very rude and could use some training in customer service. When I mentioned it at check out, none of the amazing staff seemed to be surprised at her behavior. Something should be done about this for sure! I wish I could do more than just write a review so nobody else has to be made to feel like an inconvenience. Thank you."
