"This property had everything we needed for the two of us to enjoy a relaxing stay, although it is equipped to host a family with a couple of small children as well. The best feature is its location; it is right in the heart of the Old City, just a few minutes walk to the canals, outdoor market, Lake Annecy, and train station. We used the well-equipped kitchen to prepare many meals. The shower is smaller than what most Americans may be used to, but the large tub was most welcome. Pedestrian noise...

"Ce nid douillet est conforme à la présentation et a parfaitement répondu à notre attente. Une entrée indépendante et une petite terrasse agréable dont nous avons profité à deux pas du hameau et pour les randonneurs, des départs de belles randonnées très proches"

"Superb location within walking distance of the old town, the Lake, railway station and local shops."

"Tout était parfait. Très bien équipé avec meubles et literie de qualité. Vraiment rien à redire. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande!"

"The apartment is in a very interesting building in the centre of town. Perfect toy located to walk anywhere, with a supermarket 2 minutes walk. The apartment is beautiful and has everything you might need for your stay. Breakfast was included which was perfect, and was delivered every morning to the door of the apartment. Really yummy and convenient. Overall a great choice in Annecy"

"Bien placé avec accès rapide au centre ville. Confortable et bien équipé. On reviendra."

"I liked that it was close to everything. The neighborhood is quiet which i like. The apartment is pleasant. "

"The apartment was well situated being close to Gare de l’Est and Gard de Nord and good food shopping areas and restaurants however it had peeling ceiling paint, badly scratched walls in the bedroom and burn holes in the lounge suite. Appliances were great but no oven. So, if that style suits then you should consider as quite roomy."

"Spotless, perfect location, gorgeous place!!"

"We had a wonderful stay"

"L’appartement est tout simplement parfait, l’hôte a pensé à tout, il ne manque de rien. Nous avons été parfaitement accueilli. Un séjour qui n’aurait pas pu mieux se dérouler."

"Eris, our host was very attentive. He was very patient when our bus was delayed a few times. He also gave us some great breakfast places to eat in town. The property was so centrally located to everything we needed. It is close to a bike rental place, the lake and downtown Annecy, where we spent a lot of time. Great location! The apartment is simple and clean. The balcony was wonderful and spacious. It also has a rack to dry your laundry, which you will need. They have a washer but no dryer....
