"Lost the internet for part of one day, otherwise ok. Staff was removing the breakfast food while people were trying to serve themselves - not a good look…."

"It does need updating , carpets are worn and taped together. My room the electric outlets in both bathroom area did not work. Water never really got hot either."

"We paid for parking so we didn’t have to park in a garage some distance away. Disappointed with amenities, no glasses, no microwave, or nightlight. Once we shut off the main lights did not have a bed side light. The bathroom was nicely set up with amenities and loved the shower. Also the garbage truck woke us up at between 5:00 and 5:30 each morning. Extremely loud."

"Excellent property, very convenient to many great choices for restaurants and shopping. Only thing I would want more is a security box in the room. The front desk will lock up your valuables, but an in room safe would be great. Staff is very accommodating "

"not sure what happened but the hotel charged me 100 more a night then what my expedia rate was. I'm glad I eventually caught it but not sure why it happened"

"They advertise a restaurant on site but do not say it is only for dinner. There was only coffee in the lobby for breakfast. I had twice requested early check in due to a medical condition and they refused to give it to me until I kept complaining. And their normal check in is not until 4. The front desk staff were not very helpful or sympathetic."
