Mount Cumulus at Marys Lake with HOT TUB!

Welcome to Mount Cumulus at Marys Lake Condos! Enjoy all the amenities this condo has to offer. A second level deck with a private hot tub and fabulous mountain views are just the start! Two king bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a sofa sleeper located in the living room. Enjoy the gorgeous mountain views from this second level deck condo while you dine with family or friends. Mount Cumulus comes with a full kitchen for you to prepare meals anytime for your family and friends. The dining area has seating for six. The living room has a big screen smart TV so don't forget your Roku or Amazon stick so you can enjoy your personal viewing pleasures and a gas fireplace for those cozy evenings while watching your favorite movie. The unit comes with a pack-n-play for the little ones as well. During the summer season you can enjoy the community outdoor pool *subject to change per HOA*. So what are you waiting for? The mountains are calling you to Mount Cumulus!

The master suite comes with a king size bed, a private bathroom shower/tub combo and double vanity sink. The unit provides a closet, dresser drawers and a TV for your pleasure. The second bedroom comes with a king size bed, a shared bathroom with a combo shower/tub and single vanity sink. Included is closet space and dresser drawer for your convenience. We provide you with a starter set of soaps and shampoo for longer stays the rest is up to you. All bathrooms are stocked with towels, wash cloths and hand towels (enough for six) a washer and dryer is available if you need to clean them during your stay.

The kitchen has a full-size fridge with tp freezer, dishwasher, oven and stove. Other amenities include dishware, flatware, coffee pot, pots and pans for all your cooking and at home dining needs. We provide you with a starter pack of coffee for that first morning in. Dishwashing pods and dishwashing soap are located under the sink for your use.

Free internet is available and TV streaming is available with the smart TV. The unit comes with a stackable washer and dryer including washing sheets and dryer sheets.

The hot tub was clean and we really enjoyed it! The fireplace was perfect!!The kitchen was clean and well appointed. The kitchen faucet was a bit cantankerous. The furniture was clean but not super comfortable.I would recommend this unit and would definitely come back!!Thank you for making our stay wonderful!!

Great condo in a great location. Check in was good, property was very clean and stocked well. Sofa in living room is worn out and uncomfortable. Both screens on the patio doors had large sections of the screen material torn loose—needs some simple maintenance. Otherwise condo was perfect.

Great location and the views were amazing! Place was just as listed. Very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Not far from town.Hot water heater makes a noise only when using hot water. Asked for a late checkout at the beginning of our stay and they did not get back to us until the night before that they couldn't accommodate us. That was a big bummer. Would have loved that extra couple hours to walk over to Mary's Lake.

Nice place. Clean. Comfortable bed. Well-stocked of essentials. The only downside was the hot tub was a little cloudy when we arrived.

Perfect condo close to Rocky Mt National Park and downtown Estes Park

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect being so close to downtown but still far enough away from everything. It was nice being so close to Rocky Mt National Park since we did a lot of hiking. We enjoyed having the hot tub and enjoying the views after a day of hiking. The condo is well stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to Estes Park.

Great views and comfortable condo

The condo was in a great location - a short drive into town with parking right by the front door. The views were incredible and the hot tub on the deck was lovely (even in blowing snow and 11 degrees!) and the gas fireplace heated the living room nicely. The two king beds were comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked. We had four adults and found there to be plenty of bath towels, soap, and dishwashing liquid. We had to call the property manager for help with the hot tub and they were quick to respond and very friendly. For others looking to rent, they only downsides were the lack of lamps that would allow for reading or playing games. All lighting came from overhead and some spots in the condo were dim. Also, while there is a full-sized tub in the second bath, the bathroom was overall very small and there was only a corner sink with limited counter space and dim lighting. Would likely not be an issue for those travelling with kids using that bathroom.

Estes Park rental

A great stay...we wish we were still there! The property was very clean, comfortable and located near the Beaver Meadows entrance to RMNP. The check in process was simple. The view from the unit is beautiful. We did not use the washer/dryer or hot tub, but they were nice amenities. The complex was quiet. We ended up buying kleenex and using the hot tub towels as kitchen towels because the unit came with neither. The number of bathroom towels was adequate for 2 people for 4 days, but if more than 2 guests, we would have needed to do laundry. The only draw back to the entire rental was the managements fees that were not clearly shown on the vrbo charges. The rental was about 20% more than expected and after several phone calls and emails no one could explain how we would have known to expect the charges.

Absolutely Beautiful!!

This condo is the cleanest, most comfortable place we have stayed in. The beds were very comfortable, fireplace kept us warm and cozy after we soaked our tired muscles in the hot tub😉. It is equipped with a fully furnished kitchen (there was even spices in the kitchen cabinet!), washer and dryer came in handy as well. THE VIEW IS AMAZING!

Fantastic Stay!

This place was an absolute gem! It was spotless, cozy, and had such a welcoming atmosphere. The towels were soft and fresh, and the hot tub was the perfect spot for unwinding. The beds were super comfortable, and the sheets were crisp and clean. The location was ideal, close enough to downtown for convenience, but far enough to avoid heavy traffic. My only minor issue was that the pillows were a bit thin, but everything else was excellent. I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Estes Park!

Incredible views!

The view from this condo beats everything else in the Estes Park area. We spent several nights relaxing in the hot tub enjoying the view and watching storms roll in over the mountains. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living room was comfortable and had all of the smart TV controls. The only thing that could be better is the pillows on the beds. They were just not very comfortable. Overall, I would stay here again!

Rocky Mountain Getaway

We have stayed at three different condos in the same area and they have all been equally nice. The condo was clean and had everything that we needed. It is close to downtown and to the entrance to RMNP. We will stay again!

Beautiful property near RMNP

It was a wonderful vacation getaway and charming place to stay. We loved every minute of it and made many memories as a family. The property was very clean and well maintained, and it was so delightful to stay for a week!
