  • This spacious beachfront holiday home located in Estepona is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a sea view. The 3-storey villa consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning and heating in all rooms, a fan as well as a washing machine.

    Your private outdoor area includes a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, a balcony, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.

    The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool (open from February on) and a children's pool.

Quiet family friendly location

Well sized villa for mulitple people, Quiet area close to the beach and a short walk to other facilities. Host was well organised and welcomed us to the villa.

We hebben het fantastisch gehad, mooi huis.

Pros: De gemeenschappelijke tuin met zwembaden en de ligging aan zee. Het was heerlijk rustig, volgens mij zijn dit huizen van particuliere bewoners, er waren er niet veel aanwezig. Er waren ook fijne ligstoelen/bedden aanwezig. Lekker veel handdoeken/badlakens aanwezig. In de grote garage onder de woning konden wij onze huurfietsen veilig stallen. Cons: De keuken heeft wat achterstallig onderhoud, koffie-apparaat met cupjes werkte niet, koffie-filter apparaat duurde ong. half uur voor volle pot koffie! Fohn was niet aanwezig. Begreep van de eigenaar dat keuken in okt/nov gerenoveerd wordt.

Magnífico lugar para disfrutar las vacaciones

Pros: A un paso del mar y en una zona muy tranquila. Bonitas vistas desde todas las plantas. Todo lo necesario para la cocina y ropa de casa. También dispone de sillas y hamacas para jardín y playa. Las zonas comunes son excelentes. 2 magníficas piscinas y jardines preciosos El trato con la propiedad también excelente. Repetiremos sin dudarlo.

Pros: Nous avons passé deux semaines dans cette villa et sincèrement on en garde un très bon souvenir car elle est très bien située et très calme. Nous tenons à remercier Monsieur René pour son accueil chaleureux et qui a été aux petits soins avec nous ce qui a rendu notre séjour agréable! On retournera à cette maison et on la recommande chaudement.
