"Parking sucks and ac not that cold"

"Necesitan tener más retroalimentacion entre la aplicación de expidia y el hotel ya que la reservacion que tenia no fue valida porque el hotel estaba lleno pero la aplicación de expidia si me permitió realizar la reserva"

"We missed out connecting flight had to arrive 2 days late. We tried to get in touch with the hotel, to ask them to reschedule. It was very difficult to connect with them due to a language barrier. They ended up charging us for the nights we couldn’t stay. While I understand they have a strict cancellation policy, we were looking for empathy and flexibility. I wouldn’t recommend booking this hotel."

"We stayed on the 10th floor and the view is spectacular. The breakfast at the restaurant on the first floor was a buffet and it was great. Not that expensive. There was a “cheap hotel“ vibe, but the rooms were OK and pretty clean. this is not a bad selection for Aguascalientes."

"I enjoyed the buffet style breakfast and their gym. Although there is a pool I did not use it. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will stay again. They have an airport shuttle service."
