"**Disappointing Stay – Poor Maintenance and Lack of Customer Service** For the price, I expected much better. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from check-in to checkout. Upon arrival, we found a stain on the bed, a bathtub that barely drained, an unstable bathroom shelf, and a smoke detector that beeped constantly throughout our stay. "Great location and apartment, very easy to get into Manhattan, would highly recommended!"

"Expedia do not have proper address of this location. I staguld a lot to find out this address.. please call owner as soon as u book ..else you will roming arund the building with no address.."

"You only learned after booking that the owner would be in the basement at all times and moving cars around constantly. That was not explained in the listing. He also mowed the lawn while we were there, which was not pleasant while trying to nap. "The location was amazing! This condo was close to everything. The views from the unit were fantastic as well! Would definitely stay here again."

"This propery says entire apartment. It is a room with a toilet (at best). Others are shared. I text the owner that there was no heat when I checked in, he text me 30 minutes before check out. I went to The Marriott and had a comfortable stay. The room is in need of repair. Blinds are see through, etc. Forget about this."

"Clean room, shops nearby, excellent location right in the middle of Times Square"

"Just a nice place to stay and very close to everything … I will come back"
