While advertised as convenient, being directly opposite Keir Srynge Market meant struggling to locate the property every time I went out and tried to return.The area felt unsafe after dark, with limited lighting and no clear pedestrian pathways. "The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was healthy with all of the food that I was used to. Cleaners came to my room every morning to ask about cleaning my room and to help with washing my dirty clothes for a few pounds. The beach is about five minutes walk from the property and the beach is very clean. The resort pool is very clean and well spaced out, with children pool on one side and the adults on the other side separated by a bridge that leads to the bar. The way the huts are laid out was great it allows for privacy with two bamboo chairs and a table in front of the hut, incase you want to watch the sun go down. Great place, I loved it."

When I brought the issue to the staff's attention, they responded immediately and moved me to another room without hesitation. I greatly appreciated their promptness and commitment to guest satisfaction. Throughout my stay, the staff was consistently friendly, professional, and helpful. They were always willing to assist with any questions or requests, which made my experience even more enjoyable. The complimentary daily breakfast was a nice addition, and the views from the hotel were absolutely spectacular. The beautiful surroundings created a relaxing atmosphere and added to the overall experience. Overall, I had a very positive stay at the Tropic Garden Hotel and would recommend it to travelers looking for friendly service, beautiful views, and a welcoming environment."
