"My room # 306 mini refrigerator was out of service. My food spoiled. At first, I thought that it was going to start cooking as the room wasn’t occupied. Hotels know what works in each room and what doesn’t. The tiny bar of soap in the bathroom is inconvenient. Is there a way to switch to liquid hand soap? It’s cleaner."

"The bed was so uncomfortable I ended up checking out an entire day early and the staff member at front desk did not care nor ask why I was even checking out an entire day early. If they had even asked or tried to change my room or help at all I wouldn’t be writing this. Don’t waste your time on this hotel stay next door at the marriot."

"The staff tried to be accommodating but it didn’t work out so I left without a refund! The room appeared clean but there were roaches and other bugs in the room and on the bed that appeared to be clean! I also had my dog with me and could not take a chance with ticks and/or fleas! There were homeless people wondering around on the property as well! Just a very bad place to be especially after a 12 hour drive! Would never recommend this place!"
