"Amazing staff"

"With my room 118 the towel handle by the sink broke off when I put the towel back, BUT besides that small dysfunction it was the best hotel I’ve stayed in forever, and the staff was absolutely amazing and incredible! The rooms were clean and smelled like a new hotel lol. If I ever have to stay at a hotel in San Diego again it will be this one !"

"I usually love to stay here. However I booked a room for my employee and he came back one day to other people in his room. He had to remove his items and go to the front desk. They then gave him a new room. They were so unorganized they tried to look up the reservation and say he checked in Wednesday when really he checked in Tuesday and the incident occurred on Thursday. They did not offer anything until I called and made a point to say how unacceptable the situation was. Only offered to reimburse one night. Will never book there again. "

"It was a clean room. Felt safe and comfortable. Used as a home base for a overnight casino visit. Would stay again."
