"Great place to stay with wonderful staff. The pools were great, breakfast was delicious, and with it so close to the airport it was perfect for our family."

"Our overall stay was nice. We especially enjoyed the pool and refreshments at the pool. However the check in took a full half an hour, we had to stand in a long line to check in and there was only one person working. We were exhausted after flying for 14 hours and they dont seem to care. There were other employees behind the desk and they should have had 2 people checking us in. We also asked for a room with 2 beds via email 3 days ahead and they made it sound like they were going to accommodate us but when we got there it was still one bed and we asked again and they gave us our key and acted like we would be getting a room with 2 beds but we didnt, so we had to share one bed. We wont be staying there again. It should not be rated a 9 on expedia."

"I asked three times over three days for them to come and fix the air conditioner which did not work. Each day they said they would come and it never got better. It was so hot in my room while I was trying to sleep. This is the first time I am writing something like this about a hotel. I will not stay at the Intercontinental or any International ever again because of this. It was very frustrating!!!"
